Though government is doing its bit, there is no direct mechanism to help foreigners in distress. As avid travelers, India Assist founder Harish Khatri and co-founder MoqierishTak identified a serious gap in the current tourism scenario.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, UPI, and bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted only for select local bookings.

Our service warranty covers booking accuracy, timely confirmations, and customer support assistance before and during your trip. It does not include third-party services like airline delays or hotel-specific issues.

Our main office is located in Delhi. However, we offer online booking and customer support services worldwide.

Refunds depend on the service provider’s cancellation policy. We process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days after request confirmation.
